I've got a secret...

The secret to getting your kid to wear what you made without any bribery.

Let them help you. From choosing the colors right down to the buttons. At least that's what I did and I can hardly get the thing off him.

I think I need a new camera

You may notice , since I let him make the choices, that it's not exactly to my liking and the buttons are a hodgepodge. We have a strawberry, train's and race cars Oh My!

Excuse the fuzziness, but I had to show his pouty lip. A result of not being able to look at the pictures immediately.

The Low Down

Pattern: Kinda made it up with guidelines from this pattern for size and cast on.
It's knit seamlessly from the bottom up then divided in 3 for fronts and back and to shape the armholes. I picked up stitches for the buttonbands, armhole ribbing and neckline.

Yarn: The multi colored yarn is from a fiber fair (not sure what vendor) and the red is brown sheep lana loft leftover from Loki's hat.

 Are we done yet?

Everyday's the 14th

Oh what a bit of crayon shavings and wax paper can become!

Thanks Pinterest for the idea and good old Martha Stewart for the instructions.
